Procedure to Apply for Degree

1  Attach DMC/degree form. You can download this form from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iTcXPW4kGcrwFBaEBSjeZFKN8voxGRfk/view

2 Attach challan of Rs. 2000/-. Online Challan from LMS/UAMS student account can be generated and fee can be paid in any online branch of HBL. If online generated challan is not available, then challan available at HBL, UET, Lahore branch can be used. 
You can also pay fee online using HBL mobile app or HBL connect app and attach the print of the fee receipt. Your online fee payment receipt will be verified from the system by university.

3. Attach 1 passport size picture

4. Attach Matric/O level certificate copy. (Foreign students will attach passport and IBCC certificate copy.)

5. Attach ID card copy.

6. Attach copy of Thesis notification (for postgraduate students only)

 Apply in Examinations Branch window number 1.

Official degree preparation time is 40 working days.

Note:-  students of affiliated colleges  need to attach covering letter  issued by their college along with above documents.
