Procedure to apply for DMC/Degree Verification
- Attach DMC form, You can download this form from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iTcXPW4kGcrwFBaEBSjeZFKN8voxGRfk/view
- Attach challan of Rs. 1000/- per document. Online Challan from LMS/UAMS student account can be generated and fee can be paid in any online branch of HBL. If online generated challan is not available, then student challan available at HBL, UET, Lahore branch can be used.
You can also pay fee online using HBL mobile app or HBL connect app and attach the print of the fee receipt. Your online fee payment receipt will be verified from the system by university. - Attach copy or origial document which you want to get verified.
- Apply in Examinations Branch window number 1.
Note: UET Degree / Transcript Verification fee is Rs 1000/- from UET Alumni per document and Rs. 2000/- per document for verification from institutions within Pakistan. However, verification from abroad is 75 US Dollars per document.
